In my experience when first asked the question about levels of trust and openness within a team, people can feel awkward about saying what they really believe. This results in an over estimation of how good things really are. So how can you become more informed?
I am really pleased to share with you the August Leadership Pack. I think there is something for everyone in this edition from leadership lessons from ‘Le Tour’ to a piece from me about my youngest daughter, Bettina and ‘Trust’ but what makes it the best edition so far for me is a ‘Business Masterclass’ from my colleague Bonni.
Bettina will always need to have someone by her side, so how did our relationship evolve over the years so that new experiences no longer fazed her? I believe it had everything to do with ‘Trust’.
