Welcome to this month’s edition of the Leadership Pack. I am delivering a two day Project Management workshop in October which prompted me to write about how I use Project Management to manage my life. I used running as the subject for my project but the process, tools and techniques I use could be for… Read More ›
One of the many lessons Bettina has taught me, that I strive to include in my life, is that no matter what has gone on in her world the day before, when she wakes up to Joyce’s knock on her bedroom door she is ready ‘to go again’
When we are young we have little, or no, sense of time slipping through our fingers. We cannot imagine what it will be like to get older, have responsibilities or feel a sense of mortality – which is absolutely how it should be.
Welcome to the September leadership pack. This edition includes my favourite TED talks, an ILM article on ‘Explaining Things’ and some of my most recent blog posts on Being Bettina’s Dad.
This edition may amount to 11 pages but there is so much more with the links I have included and which if clicked on will give you even more: tips, insights and inspiration. I hope this pack inspires you to be more and do more for the people you support.
It’s Monday morning and it’s 5am and I am full of ‘cold’ trying to decide whether it would be foolish to go for a run or stay at home and feel sorry for myself. So what do I do to lift my spirits? I check through this month’s edition of our Leadership Pack for inspiration. I am hoping you will agree there are lots of articles, posts, and links to more content that will inspire you as much as it has for me – I might even go for that run.
Welcome to the September edition of the Leadership Pack. This edition includes my top 3 TED talks, latest blog posts and some excellent guest contributions. I hope this pack inspires you to be more and do more.
I am really pleased to share with you the August Leadership Pack. I think there is something for everyone in this edition from leadership lessons from ‘Le Tour’ to a piece from me about my youngest daughter, Bettina and ‘Trust’ but what makes it the best edition so far for me is a ‘Business Masterclass’ from my colleague Bonni.
Bettina will always need to have someone by her side, so how did our relationship evolve over the years so that new experiences no longer fazed her? I believe it had everything to do with ‘Trust’.
Since my first edition in 2006 the aim has always been to inspire you, I also hope that there is enough content to help you feel happy too. You could say this edition’s theme is ‘Happiness’.
