have been involved in leadership (professionally) for 40 years and I have been married for 32 years and I really, really try to avoid stuff going wrong.
We want to be the best leaders we can be and we want to make a difference to the people we support. The trouble is we are often our own biggest critics – we are often too hard on ourselves and I am not sure that is always a good thing?
Resolutions? Let’s face it, more often than not we don’t keep them. So let’s change the word to ‘Commitments’.
A 10 times goal is so much bigger than you would normally set for yourself. So set a target then multiply it 10 times. Make it awesome because that is what you are.
I think living your life well is a personal matter; it can mean so many different things to so many people. Although I do think you should reflect on what it means as often as possible. I believe that life is a precious gift. So what does living your life well mean to me?
