It’s Monday morning and it’s 5am and I am full of ‘cold’ trying to decide whether it would be foolish to go for a run or stay at home and feel sorry for myself. So what do I do to lift my spirits? Prompted by a recent lecture I gave at a London university I have been focusing on a subject that comes up consistently when working with people across a range of different settings. That subject is resilience.
